Milliseid andmeid kogun
- Nimi, telefon, e-post ja aadress
- Ettevõtte nimi ja registrikood, kui tellid ettevõttele
- Broneeringu sisu: kuupäev, pakett, lisad, värvid ja erisoovid
- Fotod ruumidest, mille ise üles laadid
Milleks andmeid kasutan
Ainult selleks, et sinuga ühendust võtta, broneering kokku leppida, kaunistamine ette valmistada ja arve esitada. Andmeid ei kasutata turunduseks ega anta kolmandatele isikutele müügiks.
Kus andmed asuvad
Broneerimisvormi andmed saadetakse veebimajutuse teenuse (Netlify) kaudu e-postile. Arved säilitan raamatupidamises.
Kui kaua andmeid hoian
Broneeringu andmeid ja fotosid hoian kuni hooaja lõpuni, kõige kauem 12 kuud. Arveid ja nendega seotud andmeid hoian raamatupidamise seaduse järgi 7 aastat.
Sinu õigused
Võid igal ajal küsida, milliseid andmeid sinu kohta hoian, neid parandada või kustutada. Kirjuta aadressile sadedekoor@gmail.com. Kui leiad, et sinu andmeid on töödeldud valesti, võid pöörduda Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni poole (aki.ee).

Who processes the data

What data I collect
- Name, phone, email and address
- Company name and registry code for business orders
- Booking details: date, package, extras, colours and wishes
- Photos of the rooms that you upload
How I use it
Only to contact you, agree on the booking, prepare the decorating and issue an invoice. The data is not used for marketing or sold to third parties.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are delivered by email through the website host (Netlify). Invoices are kept in the accounting records.
How long I keep it
Booking data and photos are kept until the end of the season, at most 12 months. Invoices and related data are kept for 7 years as required by Estonian accounting law.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Write to sadedekoor@gmail.com. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
